Track 35 Pilates is dedicated to providing personalized Pilates sessions crafted to enhance your physical and mental well-being. The studio in Wall, NJ, offers a welcoming environment for individuals of all fitness levels.

Experience a tailored approach to Pilates at Track 35, a 3rd Generation Joseph H. Pilates classically trained instructor.  Honoring the order, the pacing, the transitions, and the principles.  An instructor that teaches the system as it was crafted with the entire spectrum of equipment.  Teaching how moves progress, how exercises are linked, and how themes are demonstrated in the system is what makes Track 35 Pilates teaching uniquely effective and meet your specific goals and requirements.  Join us on a journey to holistic fitness and overall wellness.
 

Instructor has been a Pilates Practitioner since 2011, Comprehensive Certification from Real Pilates Studio, NY since 2019 and Certified Breast Cancer Rehab Specialist since 2020 through the Pink Ribbon Program.

The Studio offers Privates, Duets, and Classes for all ages, genders, body types, including prenatal and postnatal clients and skill levels on all apparatus.  This includes but not limited to Reformer, Cadillac, Tower, Wunda Chair, High Chair, Baby Arm Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Mat (with and without props).
